IPSWICH man Terence Abbott, 52, of Speedwell Road, who has denied murdering his estranged wife Lorraine Baldwin on May 15 last year, appeared at Norwich Crown Court today when his custody time limit was extended by two days to February 27 when his trial is due to begin.

The case is due to be mentioned again on January 28 at Norwich Crown Court.
Abbott was remanded in custody. It is alleged he doused his estranged wife with petrol and she died from her injuries.
