THERE is murder in mind in Rushmere, but who will it be?
A thunderstorm and a windswept country house sets the scene for the new play 'It Could Be Any One of Us,' by Rushmere Players Drama Group.
Inside is a family full of failures including a detective who has never solved a case, a dysfunctional teenager, a writer, an artist and a composer whose work has never been publicly aired.
All the prime ingredients are there to create a traditional murder-mystery thriller of the best kind.
The script by playwright, Alan Ayckbourn, has a number of surprises, twists and turns.
The first question, who will be the victim? Even this will keep you guessing for a time. There are also three prime candidates for the deadly job of murderer.

To keep things interesting, and to stop people telling one another 'whodunnit', the identity of the murderer is going to change every night.
But it is not all horror and dastardly goings on. The thrills will be cleverly interspersed with tongue in cheek humour and sly ironic comment.
The show will be performed from Thursday, January 24 until Saturday, January 26 at Rushmere Hall Primary School, Lanark Road, Ipswich from 7.30pm.
