ESSEX detectives today said they have arrested a 13-year-old Colchester boy in connection with a murder inquiry.
The teenager was arrested by police this morning, spokeswoman for Essex Constabulary said.
The boy is being questioned following the death of Helen Maughan, of Propelair Way, Colchester.
The 24-year-old's body was found in the River Colne on May 20.
She was naked from the waist down.
