Murder inquiry into pensioner's death

A MURDER inquiry is under way today after the body of a 79-year-old woman was discovered at her home in Capel St Mary.

Neighbours, who were concerned about the welfare of pensioner Joan Albert, found her when they called at her house in Boydlands shortly after 10am.

Neighbours, who were concerned about the welfare of the pensioner, found the victim when they called at her house in Boydlands shortly after 10am.

Suffolk Police have launched a murder investigation headed by Chief Inspector Dave Cole.
