THE jury in the trial of a heroin addict accused of murdering his drug dealer at a flat in Ipswich was due to continue its deliberations today.
Before Ipswich Crown Court is Paul Dwyer, 38, of no fixed address, who has denied murdering 19-year-old Peter Brown in October 2001.
The court has heard that Dwyer stood trial for Mr Brown's murder in 2002 but there had been a problem with that trial.
The jury went out on Friday to consider its verdict.
