IPSWICH murder victim Russell Harvey and his family were hounded by yobs who tormented them until his death, a friend said today.While paying her own tribute to the kindly, devoted family man who always had a smile for those he knew, she also told of her disgust at the young thugs who took delight in berating the Harveys.

IPSWICH murder victim Russell Harvey and his family were hounded by yobs who tormented them until his death, a friend said today.
While paying her own tribute to the kindly, devoted family man who always had a smile for those he knew, she also told of her disgust at the young thugs who took delight in berating the Harveys.
Mr Harvey's life was made even harder to bear after the loss of his wife, Marjorie, last September.
His friend lives on the same Gainsborough estate but did not want to be identified for fear of reprisals.
She said: "The Harveys had to bring up children in this very cruel world. They always gave you the time of day. Mr Harvey had to work very hard to keep his family going."
