The festival, which is held at twin venues in Chelmsford and Staffordshire for two days will this year be held on August 19 and 20.
Now in it's eleventh year, the V Festival has grown to become one of the most popular festivals in the country and attracts some of the biggest names in the music industry.
Last year saw headline acts include Oasis, The Scissor Sisters, Ian Brown, The Prodigy and The Chemical Brothers.
No details for this year's line-up have been released yet, but the tickets for the event are expected to sell out fast when they go on sale on March 3.
Each year sees the festival held simultaneously at the two venues, with the line-up swapping over on the second day.
The festival has proved popular with Suffolk music fans during it's history, with large numbers of people travelling to the Hylands Park site in Chelmsford, Essex.
