Help to Buy is boosting house sales
Housebuilder Persimmon said it sold this year’s supply of its housing stock in the period July 1 to November 3, and has so far made £695 million of forward sales, up 12% on a year ago.
The York-based firm said the market had returned to more normal level of sales since the industry was boosted by the Government’s Help to Buy scheme introduced in April 2013.
