Drivers in Ipswich needing to top-up with fuel this morning will struggle to find a litre of petrol for less than 114.7p.
According to online price index petrolprices.com, Morrisons in Sproughton Road and Asda in Goddard Road are both offering that price, which is reported to be the cheapest available in the Ipswich area.
Tesco Extra in Copdock is shown to be offering the next cheapest price at 115.9p, followed by Sainsbury’s in Hadleigh Road at 116.2p.
For diesel the cheapest price per litre is 116.7p, which again can be found at Morrisons in Sproughton Rpad and Asda in Goddard Road.
In Bury St Edmunds, Sainsbury’s is reported to be offering the cheapest price for a litre of petrol at 115.5p.
For the region’s very cheapest petrol prices, drivers should head to Clacton, where a litre is reported to cost 113.7p at Morrisons in Cenetenary Way. Tesco in London Road, Clacton, is shown to be offering a litre for 113.9p.
