Ipswich Round Table has announced its new chairman for this year, as it continues a packed year of community support events.
The Ipswich Greyfriars Round Table – one of hundreds of Round Table groups nationwide – has announced that Tony Cheung has taken over from Rob Hart.
Mr Cheung and the Round Table will continue to introduce social events and carry out fundraisers, with some of its flagship events including the December Rudolph Run through the streets of Ipswich and the charity ball.
Mr Cheung said: “It’s an exciting time to be part of Round Table as it is an organisation which is growing and giving more guys in Ipswich the chance to embrace life to the full.
“I am looking forward to bringing something new to the table, which will give existing and new members the chance to simply have fun, build long-lasting friendships and offer our help to the local community.”
