Viscount Elveden is less than two weeks old and has been named Arthur Benjamin Jeffrey Guinness.

His father, Lord Iveagh, reputed to be the 30th richest man in Britain, gave up his tag as the country's most eligible bachelor in 2001 when he married interior designer Clare Hazell.
