TWO people arrested following the discovery of a dead newborn baby in Suffolk will not be charged.
Police have cancelled the bail of the 43-year-old man and the 31-year-old woman, both from Bury St Edmunds, who had been arrested on suspicion of child destruction and murder respectively.
The baby was discovered in the West Road area of Bury St Edmunds on July 7.
The case will now be referred to the coroner.
