The child's body was discovered in the West Road area of Bury St Edmunds on Saturday, July 7.
The 31-year-old woman from Bury St Edmunds has had her bail cancelled, said a police spokeswoman.
The case will now be referred to the coroner.
Previously a 43-year-old man from Bury St Edmunds also had his bail cancelled after being arrested on suspicion of child destruction.
