FIREFIGHTERS in Norwich have evacuated residents from a city centre tower.

FIREFIGHTERS in Norwich have evacuated residents from a city centre tower.

A fire broke out on the 11th floor of the Normandy Tower on Rouen Road at about 10.40pm last night.

Five crews tackled the blaze and conducted a partial evacuation for safety reasons.
