Throwback Thursday returns for another week, this time remembering May 1999.
Our Throwback Thursday continues, this week looking back to May 1999.
To kick things off we look back to the Tudor Day at Springfild school as pupils dress up in full Tudor attire for the day.
In the same month Christchurch Park hosted it’s own Tudar Day as people dressed up outside the Mansion on the park.
Cliff Lane school hosted its very own Royal National Lifeboat Institution as pupils from the school dressed up as pirates for the day to raise money for the charity that saves lives at sea.
May 1999 saw the new Ipswich Town kit unveiled for the 1999-00 season as Ipswich Town player Kieron Dyer and young Town fans posed for pictures outside the club shop over 15 years ago.
Also that month, the pupils of Thurleston High School were treated to a visit by Ipswich Town goalkeeper Richard Wright for a kick-about at the school in May 1999.
