Recruiting and retaining NHS staff were among a range of topics tackled at the 'Modernising the NHS Workforce' event staged near Cambridge.
Delegates including healthcare professionals came from Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
