BUCKINGHAM Palace has this afternoon denied reports that the Duke of Edinburgh has prostate cancer.
According to the Evening Standard, the 87-year-old was diagnosed with the condition in April while being treated for a chest infection.
In the report, a cancer specialist claimed that it was an “open secret” in the medical community that Prince Philip has cancer.
But a statement from Buckingham Palace denied the claim and said that the report was a “serious breach” of privacy.
