PAEDOPHILE teacher Edward Carson is being allowed to live opposite a children's play area today after admitting a string of sex attacks on boys.

Carson, of Cherry Lane Gardens, Ipswich, is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to seven counts of indecent assault and two charges of buggery against two boys aged 11 to 13.

The 56-year-old's house overlooks a play area and is also close to a day care nursery in the quiet cul-de-sac.
