A SUFFOLK policeman accused of assaulting a teenager has had the case against him thrown out of court.Felixstowe-based officer Stephen Warne, 45, was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm following an incident on September 16 last year which left 16-year-old Robbie Croft's arm fractured in three places.
A SUFFOLK policeman accused of assaulting a teenager has had the case against him thrown out of court.
Felixstowe-based officer Stephen Warne, 45, was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm following an incident on September 16 last year which left 16-year-old Robbie Croft's arm fractured in three places.
Today the judge hearing the case at Norwich Crown Court decided Warne had no case to answer and dismissed the jury.
