A pedestrian was taken to West Suffolk Hospital today after a collision with a car in Upper East Street, Sudbury.
The accident occurred at 12.55pm.
The casualty was said to have suffered chest pains as a result of the collision.
A Suffolk Constabulary spokeswoman said his condition was not believed to be life-threatening.
