A PENSIONER has claimed he was violently assaulted in a road rage attack today. The 71-year-old man called the police saying his hand had been jammed in the car door and his head had been struck by the driver of a grey Peugeot.
A PENSIONER has claimed he was violently assaulted in a road rage attack today.
The 71-year-old man called the police saying his hand had been jammed in the car door and his head had been struck by the driver of a grey Peugeot.
The incident happened at about 7.15pm as the man was driving down Ashfield Road in Elmswell.
The man was taken to the West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds.
A police investigation is under way.
