JOHN Hogan, the British dad accused of murdering his six-year-old son by leaping off a fourth-floor hotel balcony today told a Greek court he did not plan to kill his children.

Hogan, who comes from Bristol, fell 50ft from the hotel in Crete, with Liam and his daughter Mia, then aged two, during a family holiday in 2006.

He was charged with murder and attempted suicide.

Liam suffered massive head injuries in the fall and later died, but Mia cheated death and only suffered a broken arm.

Hogan deined the charge of murder, saying: “I do not accept the charge that I planned to kill my children.”
