Three people arrested after three burglaries in Ipswich have been bailed pending further enquiries, police have said.
A 16-year-old boy from Colchester, a 23-year-old woman from Colchester and a 17-year-old boy of no fixed abode were arrested on suspicion of burglary on Friday after burglaries at three homes in Ipswich on Tuesday last week.
Jewellery including a gold engagement ring with three small diamonds and cash was stolen from a property in Warren Heath Avenue between 9.15am and 12.15pm, jewellery and cash was stolen from a property in Bixley Road between 9am and 2pm and a burglary took place in Felixstowe Road at around 11.30am.
All three were taken into custody at Martlesham Police Investigation Centre where they were interviewed by detectives in connection with these incidents and other burglary crimes in west Suffolk.
They were today bailed to return to police on July 7, to allow further enquiries to be carried out.
