A man has travelled six miles on his mobility scooter along a dual carriageway in Suffolk, police said.
The brave driver was spotted riding from the Copdock roundabout to the A14 westbound and turning off at Sproughton.
Suffolk Constabulary was alerted to the incident by several concerned members of the public from 3.15pm.
Officers stopped the man at the Sproughton off-slip just after 3.30pm.
A police spokeswoman said the man was safe.
