REMAINS found in the garden of a house in Margate are those of missing Essex teenager Dinah McNicol, police confirmed today.
The 18-year-old, of Tillingham, went missing 16 years ago, after hitch-hiking home from a music festival.
Her remains, along with those of Scottish schoolgirl Vicky Hamilton, 15, were discovered at a property in Irvine Drive.
