POLICE are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery at a restaurant in Brentwood.

Detectives investigating the robbery at Mason’s Restaurant, which happened on Monday, May 31, need to locate Jason Dooley.

The 31-year-old man, whose last known address was Cleeves Avenue in Pilgrims Hatch, failed to answer his bail having been arrested in connection with the robbery at the beginning of July.

Dooley was due to answer bail on July 3 but failed to turn up.

He is described as white, with short dark hair, 5ft 9ins tall, of medium build with an Irish accent.

He has a Celtic cross and “only God can judge me” tattoos on his right arm. He also has a small mole on the right cheek.

Officers are investigating the possibility Dooley may have fled to the Alicante region of Spain where he has contacts.

Anyone with information is asked to contact detectives at Brentwood CID on 0300 333 4444.
