A PERVERT who indecently exposed himself to three teenage girls in Woodbridge is today being hunted by police.

It was the second incident in two days in the riverside town and officers believe it could be the same offender as his description is similar to that of a man who exposed himself to three 16 year old girls the previous day.

In the latest incident, three girls in their mid teens were at Fen Meadow, Seckford Street, when they saw the man exposing himself near some trees.

He made off into Seckford Street towards Old Barrack Street when the girls alerted a member of the public.

Police were called and searched the area but could not find the man.

He is described as tanned or dark skinned, in his late 20s to late 30s, about 5ft 10in to 6ft tall, of slim build, with dark hair and stubble on his face. He was wearing a dark hooded top and dark trousers.

Police are looking at the possibility the incident - which happened around 12.50pm on Friday June 3 - may be linked to a similar one in Elmhurst Park the previous day, Thursday June 2, but at this stage are keeping an open mind.

At the park, a man indecently exposed himself to three 16-year-old girls sitting on grass near the wall fronting onto Lime Kiln Quay Road, a short distance from the gates around 2pm.

He approached and sat down close to them and then got up, moved closer and exposed himself before running out of the gates.

He is described as being of Asian origin, in his 20s or early 30s, around 5ft 9in tall, slim build, with short dark hair combed flat on his head. He wore black trousers and a dark coloured sweatshirt or jumper-type top, with a light blue/ turquoise/ green shirt underneath.

Anyone who saw men running away from the areas, recognises the descriptions or has any information about the incidents should contact Woodbridge police on 01473 613500.
