POLICE in Felixstowe are investigating a series of thefts from vehicles in the seafront area.Two vans were broken into overnight on Wednesday May 9-Thursday May 10, with a cordless drill and a cordless hammer drill, both in black plastic cases, stolen from a white Fiat van left in a hotel car park in Undercliff Road East, and a welding kit was stolen after someone broke into a VW van was parked in another hotel car park in Undercliff Road West.

Officers are also investigating other thefts from motor vehicles in the area - and are appealing for anyone who was in the area and noticed suspicious activity to call Felixstowe police on 01473 613500.
