IPSWICH police are keen to speak to a 27-year-old woman to find out she is safe and well.

Louise Richardson, of Spring Road, has not been seen by her father since 2.30pm on Tuesday August 1 and was reported missing on Tuesday August 15.

She has made recent text message, letter and telephone contact with her father but there have been no confirmed sightings of her.

Police have spoken to friends and family and checked addresses but all enquiries have so far proved fruitless.

Louise is described as white, 5ft 4ins, of slim build, with very long dark brown hair usually worn in a ponytail.

She has blue eyes and a pale complexion.

She has a mobile phone and access to money but the majority of her belongings were left at her address.

It is believed she is with a male friend and the pair may be in the Chester area.

Anyone who knows were she may be is asked to contact the Duty Sergeant at Ipswich police station on 01473 613500 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
