POLICE have named an 82-year-old motorist who died following a crash on a Suffolk road.
Stella Alchin, of Rectory Road, Whepstead died from her injuries suffered in the accident, at about 4.15pm on Thursday.
Mrs Alchin was driving a red Toyota Starlet in Whepstead Road in the village. The 56-year-old woman driving the blue Peugeot 306 involved in the crash was treated in hospital for non-serious injuries.
