POLICE have today named a 23-year-old man who died when his car was in collision with a tree.
POLICE have today named a 23-year-old man who died when his car was in collision with a tree.
Thomas Barnes from Middleton was killed on Abbey Road in Leiston around 8.30am on Sunday.
A blue Peugeot 206 being driven by Mr Barnes towards Leiston left the road and collided with a tree.
Emergency services - including an ambulance and four fire engines were called - but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Anyone who saw the Peugeot prior to the crash or the collision itself is asked to call PC Andy Fossey at the Serious Collision Investigation Team at police headquarters on 01473 613500.
