Police officer denies death charge

A SUFFOLK police officer today denied a charge of causing death by dangerous driving at a hearing at Norwich Crown Court.

Wayne Naylor, of Haverhill police, denied causing the death of Peter Evans on the 24th February at Great Saxham when driving a Vauxhall Omega.

Wayne Naylor, of Haverhill police, denied causing the death of Peter Evans on the 24th February at Great Saxham when driving a Vauxhall Omega.

Naylor was given unconditional bail to await his trial, which will be heard next year on a date to be arranged.
