The police station in Museum Street, Ipswich will be closed on Tuesday, December 9 for maintenance work to take place in the building.

The station will remain shut for the entire day and will re-open at 8am on Wednesday December, 10.

A mini-com is located outside the station, which can be used by pressing the buttons to connect to Suffolk Police.

The nearest police stations are Felixstowe Police Station in High Road West, Stowmarket Police Station in Violet Hill Road and Woodbridge Police Station in Grundisburgh Road, which are all open 9am to 5pm.
