Police talk to relatives of plunge man

THE closest relatives of a man who plunged 14 storeys from an Ipswich tower block are still being informed by police today.

The man fell from St Francis Tower yesterday morning, and was seen plummeting by motorists heading into town.

The man fell from St Francis Tower yesterday morning, and was seen plummeting by motorists heading into town.

Caretaker Bob Kerr was back at work today after being treated for shock, when the body landed next to him as he swept the floor at the base of the tower.

He said today: "I was sweeping up out the back and suddenly heard a bang. I looked round and he was there."
