Mr Levitt said an aggravating feature was that the girls had been virgins and that these have not been isolated incidents, but had spanned a three week period in October last year.
Judge John Holt viewed the video and said Seaman was the leader of the enterprise with Totman looking uncomfortable on film.
He said the 15-year-old had agreed to take part in the video. He said that Seaman's conduct had been "selfish". "The aim was personal sexual pleasure."
He added that he had been "uncaring towards the feelings of these girls who were vulnerable and impressionable."
Both defendants were said to be ashamed of what they had done. Totman was sentenced to 100 hours community punishment and put on probation for two years. He was ordered to pay £486 towards court costs.
Seaman was jailed for a total of 15 months.
