POWERGEN has today been given European clearance to take over the retail business of TXU Energi.The way is now cleared for Powergen to absorb TXU into its existing operations.
POWERGEN has today been given European clearance to take over the retail business of TXU Energi.
Although the company completed the take-over in October, approval from the European Union means TXU Energi can now be absorbed into Powergen's existing operations.
