TWO protestors are already under arrest and four more remain locked onto a fence at RAF Lakenheath today.

A Ministry of Defence spokesman said no charges have yet been made, but plans were underway to arrest the four people who padlocked themselves to the air base's fence before 12noon.

He said: "We are deploying a specialist team to cut them free."
