MOTORISTS faced tailbacks in the area around Orwell Bridge in Ipswich this evening after police began an operation there.
MOTORISTS faced tailbacks in the area around Orwell Bridge in Ipswich this evening after police began an operation there.
The bridge closed at 6.45pm and reopened at about 8.10pm after police had left the area. Traffic is now returning to normal, a spokesman for Suffolk Police said.
