SUFFOLK motorists are facing major delays today after a five-vehicle crash on the A12.
Police were called to the accident at Hatfield Peverel, on the London-bound carriageway, at 7.04am.
The incident was between the junctions with the A120 Colchester West and the A130 Chelmsford North.
It is causing delays of an hour and involved a black Toyota Yaris, a Silver Volkswagen Golf, a blue Ford Transit van, a white VW panel van and a black Ford Mondeo.
Paramedics are on the scene although it is not known if anyone is injured.
Traffic is expected to return to normal by 9.45am.
