RAIL services between Ipswich and London have been hit after a train broke down.
RAIL services between Ipswich and London have been hit after a train broke down.
Delays of up to 25 minutes have been reported, although National Express East Anglia bosses claim services will be back to normal by the time the evening rush hour begins.
Two services - the 11am from Norwich and the 2pm from London - have been cancelled completely.
