A PERVERT who worked at Ipswich train station is today suspended from his job after a admitting taking an indecent image of a child.

Christopher Fuller, of Jackson Way, Needham Market, was caught committing the offence in Trafalgar Square, London in July.

Appearing at Guildhall Crown Court, in Middlesex, the 52-year-old also pleaded guilty to possessing five indecent images of children and five counts of making an indecent image of child.

Fuller, who has previous convictions, will return to the court to be sentenced on November 29.

He was caught as part of an operation run by the Metropolitan police during the summer months and was one of 12 people arrested.

Indecent images were later found on a computer at Fuller's Suffolk home.

A spokesman for one confirmed Fuller's job is now under threat.

He said: “Mr Fuller transferred to one in April 2004. Information regarding his previous convictions were not known by one. He was recruited by the previous operator.

”He is currently suspended from all duties and we're in the process of reviewing his employment status.

“He worked in the customer service team at Ipswich station and was fully supervised at all times.”
