THIEVES who allegedly stole bicycles from Ipswich Railway Station and the town centre were caught when they returned to the station a week later.Two 16-year-old youths were arrested after railway staff recognised them and alerted British Transport Police on Sunday and a 23-year-old man from Neath Drive was arrested on Wednesday night.

Two 16-year-old youths were arrested after railway staff recognised them and alerted British Transport Police on Sunday and a 23-year-old man from Neath Drive was arrested on Wednesday night.
All were released on police bail.
