Railway chaos continues

MORE misery was expected on the railways today after passengers were advised to stay away. In what was expected to be 24 hours of chaos after the line to London was crippled by a points failure and damaged overhead wires, 'one' railways asked travellers to make alternative arrangements to avoid lengthy delays.

The lines to and from London are not expected to be fully re-opened until at least 4pm today.
