A WOMAN who died after being struck by a train near Mistley railway station last week has been named by police.
A 62-year-old woman who died after being struck by a train near Mistley railway station last week has been named by police.
The body of Linda Dickson, who lived in Manningtree, was found on tracks near Mill Hill at around 8.30am on Friday.
Officers from British Transport Police have launched an investigation into her death but said the incident was not being treated as suspicious.
An inquest into Ms Dickson's death will be held when the inquiry is complete.
