Two-year-old Freya Clutten, of Demoiselle Crescent, Ravenswood, shot to the limelight after appearing in The Star earlier this month when an agency signed her up as a Harper Beckham look-a-like.

Her proud mum Lisa, 46, who owns fashion store Lady Prentice in Felixstowe Road, told of her delight at discovering Victoria and David Beckham had given the tot their seal of approval.

“We have been told by another news agency that they (the Beckhams) were happy with it and that they approve,” she said.

“And that is really nice to hear. We are so pleased with the response we have got to Freya being signed up as Harper’s look-alike.

“We have been really busy and she recently did a photoshoot with all the other Beckham look-alikes.

“It is still really important for Freya to be herself but we are really proud of her.

“After My 1st Years signed her up as a Harper look-alike, they also made her the face of My 1st Years.”

Members of the public will be able to book the youngster for public appearances as she takes on the persona of little Harper.

But it isn’t the first time Freya has been in the spotlight, having previously won the titles of Baby Beautiful and Most Adorable at two beauty pageants.

Mrs Clutten decided to put her daughter forward as a celebrity double after other parents at Freya’s nursery spotted the likeness between the two tots.
