Temporary traffic lights on a busy Ipswich road are causing long delays for motorists.
02 is carrying repair work to a phone mast in Norwich Road near the railway bridge in the northbound direction.
One motorist said the temporary traffic lights close to the bridge were not in sync with the permanent lights outside Moons Cycles Bike Shop, which was causing heavy congestion for road users.
Engineers are allowed to operate on the road between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
They have permission to work on the site until Monday, but are hoping the work will be finished by the weekend.
