Thousands of visitors are expected to flock to the 16th annual Lark in the Park fun day.
The event, organised by Chantry Residents’ Association, will take place in Gippeswyk Park, Ipswich, on Sunday, June 26 from 11am to 4.30pm.
Admission is free and the day will offer funfair attractions, burgers, chips, bouncy castles, a bungee climb, Silver Spinners Majorettes demonstrations, donkey rides and a grand draw with donated prizes.
Charles Moore, chairman of Chantry Residents’ Association, said he was hoping to get students from Chantry Academy involving with decorating the park for the event, as they have done in previous years.
Tickets for the draw can be picked up for the residents’ association shop in Lavender Hill or call 01473 683680.
