RESIDENTS living at the mouth of the River Deben were battening down the hatches this evening after Environment Agency officials issued a flood warning.
RESIDENTS living at the mouth of the River Deben were battening down the hatches this evening after Environment Agency officials issued a flood warning.
The agency said Felixstowe Ferry and Bawdsey Quay could be at risk of flooding during high tide.
The tide is expected to be at its highest around 2.13am and people have been advised to move valuables to safety and be on the look-out in case of problems.
