Revisit Saturday mornings spent at the Piggywink Disco at the Corn Exchange

It's time to look back at a popular event that is brought up on our Ipswich Remembers Facebook page on a regular basis - the Piggywink Disco.
The Piggywink Disco at the Corn Exchange in Ipswich was popular in the 1980s, and would run on Saturday mornings.
A Fireball disco would also be held at the Corn Exchange on Thursdays nights.
Memories of doing dances such as ‘rock the boat’ and the Hucklebuck are often brought up on the Ipswich Remembers Facebook group where many reminisce about the discos.
