Rhys murder detectives arrest teens

MERSEYSIDE police have arrested two teenagers in connection with the murder inquiry involving schoolboy Rhys Jones.Detectives on the inquiry into the shooting took a 16-year-old male and an 18-year-old, both from Croxteth, Liverpool, into custody.

MERSEYSIDE police have arrested two teenagers in connection with the murder inquiry involving schoolboy Rhys Jones.

Detectives on the inquiry into the shooting took a 16-year-old male and an 18-year-old, both from Croxteth, Liverpool, into custody. Officers stressed the pair have not been arrested for the 11-year-old's murder.

The youths are suspected of possession of firearms and ammunition.
